Definisi yang saya tahu: Aim : description of the purpose in very general terms Goal: description of SCOPE of the purpose Objective: statement of desired outcomes, usually expressed in numbers. Contoh: Aim : menjadi produsen minyak terkemuka (terkemuka di sini sangat umum) Goal: pemasok utama (hanya) minyak mentah Objective: produksi tahun 2007 adalah 100 juta barel. Maka: Maksud - Tujuan - Sasaran. Contoh lagi: Maksud - maksud hati memeluk gunung Tujuan - memeluk gunung Salak Sasaran - memeluk gunung Salak dengan mengerahkan tiga ribu orang.
