  -> Köszi! (különbség van az előfőzés és a hőkezelés között, utóbbi tágabb fogalom, sok fajta hőkezelés létezik, mint baktériumölő tartósítási eljárás. Az előfőzés ezek egyik speciális fajtája, és fő célja a puhítás, az étel gyorsabb elkészítése)
