In the fragment below there must be a typo, because 'ezt' and 'megjelenest' (in the sentence between –) can not appear like this in the same sentence. My question is, which word is most likely to be wrong, and what is the meaning of 'megjelenes' or 'presentation' in this context?

Kérem azt, hogy jelöljenek ki a Parlament részéről egy tárgyaló delegációt, és politikai szinten egy reprezentatív delegációval a Parlament részéről egyezzünk meg. Nem lesz ez hasznos, hogyha tovább folytatjuk ezeket a problémákat. És ebben egyébként, amit átadtunk papírt, a Memorandum of Understanding tervezetét, abban az is világos, hogy azt is tisztáznunk kell, – és ezt segíteni fogja szerintem az adminisztrációk közötti megjelenést –, hogy mi az ami a Tanácsi kompetenciában van adatszolgáltatás, és mi az ami nem? I would like to request appointment of a delegation to negotiate on behalf of Parliament and we should reach an agreement by means of a politically representative delegation for Parliament. It is not helpful to continue with these problems. And it is also clear from the draft Memorandum of Understanding we have submitted that we also have to clarify what data provision falls within the competence of the Council and what does not. I think this will promote presentation between the various administrations. Then we can indeed be requested to provide data that fall within the competence of the Council.

Explanation:
I feel this is about to present some knowledge stuff by one organisation which is to be correctly understood by the other. So it seems to be quite simple. The közlekedés can - rarely - be also used in this sens.
