Nem vagyok egészen biztos benne, hogy pontosan mire is utal ez az elnevezés, a Wikipedián "Palestinian Territories" van és az sem igazán egyértelmű.

politikai vitát mindenből lehet kavarni. Ez tényleg nem földrajzi hely, hanem "ahol palesztínok laknak".
Ezért lehetne "palesztínok lakta területek" is. Ízlés szerint.

agree  Szilas Cseh: Szerintem a többes szám, a "területek" az indokolt, mivel több, egymástól különálló enklávéban élnek a palesztínok. Persze függ a szövegkörnyezettől is.
