Explanation:
1. Nagyon meglepödtem, de egyik szótáram sem hozza, pedig ettem ilyet sokszor, évtizedekkel ezelött Leningrádban, ahol trjufli (szabadon átirva) volt a neve és nem volt gomba.
2. Joy of Cooking:
Chocolate truffles (részletek)
Coarsely grate: 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
Melt with: 1/4 cup butter
Add: 2 tbsp cream
Gradually stir in until lump-free: 7 tbsp sifted confectioner's sugar, 2 tbsp finely ground hazelnuts
Cover and refrigerate 12 to 24 hrs. Make individual balls...
Keep refrigerated but for flavor remove 2 hrs before serving.
