nem kristálytiszta: talán arra gondolnak, hogy valamihez apportként (természetbeni hozzájárulásként) használnák fel a papírokat, vagyis a mondat azt mondja, hogy a jogok/ kötelmek nem adhatók át akkor sem, ha minden megváltozik (vállalati fúzió lesz, a vállalat több részre szakad, az eszközei egy részét ide-oda beviszik) - én arra tippelek, hogy pl. a részvények egy részét használják fel hozzájárulásként valamihez (vagy a vállalat eszközeinek egy részét), vagyis a partial arra vonatkozik, hogy az átadói oldalon részleges a dolog, nem az átvevői oldalon (tehát nem arról van szó, hogy valamiért részben ezzel, részben készpénzzel fizetnek).
