Ez a magyaros és helyes fordítása. Az excitáló és egyéb idegen kifejezés felesleg. Az izgatóra van a legtöbb találat is.

neutral  István Hirsch: Szeretnék pontosítani. Az "excitátoros aminosav"-ra kb. 3-szor annyi találat van, mint az "izgató aminosav"-ra. Ha az utóbbit idézőjelek nélkül írjuk be, valóban van sok találat, de az izgatónak sok esetben semmi köze az aminosavhoz (ld. pl. 16. találat)

serkentő aminosavak transzporterei


Explanation:
A transzporter egy szállító fehérje, amelynek segítségével átjutnak egyes anyagok a sejthártyán. Nem érdemes fordítani. Az "excitatory amino acid" viszont így fordítható, és a birtkos szerkezettel elkerülhető a túl hosszú serkentőaminosav-transzporter szerkezet. A serkentő biztosan csak az aminosavra vonatkozik.
