A gib-ben jóváíró jegy vagy jóváírási értesítésként szerepel, a sztaki-ban találok még hiteljegyzőkönyvet is, a Kulcsszavak a nemzetközi számvitelhez c. kiadványban pedig fogyasztói hitellevél a fordítása. Nekem ez utóbbi tetszik, de jól jönne egy kis megerősítés. Vagy az épp ellenkezője.
