Sablefish / Skilfisch Explanation: Ich denke Anoplopoma fimbria ist richtig. es gibt diverse engl. Bezeichnungen dafür u.a. Sablefish, Black Cod, Coal Cod (daher dann wohl auch "Kohlenfisch") s. http://www.seafoodchoices.com/smartchoices/species_sablefish... im dt. werden sie Skilfische genannt s. Ordnung Panzerwangen (Scorpaeniformes) - Unterordnung Anoplopomatoidei Skilfische (Anoplopomatidae) (Familie) unter: http://www.welt-auf-einen-blick.de/fische/systematik.php im Bereich "Kochen bzw. cooking" ist jedenfalls immer von diesem Fisch die Rede. (der Seelachs ist eine andere Fischart und sieht auch anders aus, trägt im Englischen auch den Namen "coalfish", aber nicht black cod oder coal cod. s. http://www.lebensmittellexikon.de/s0000700.php) |
