English term or phrase: closed social capital
In turbulent times, it is not only continuous learning but also organizational unlearning that must be
proactively supported when capabilities and skills are not sufficient or become even detrimental
for contemporary environmental requirements. For example nepotism and use of closed
social capital is not acceptable in today’s business environment, which requires the use of the
best talent and ideas as well as high ethical values.

I understand the concept of "closed social capital" (social capital that is restricted to a specific community and that people from outside this community have no access to), but I can't find an established term in German.
