English term or phrase: feathertouch, coil-spring tension bar

"... she set down the tool kit and took out an electric pick gun and a feathertouch, coil-spring tension bar ..."

Vielen Dank, Olaf

Feather Touch Spanner mit Spiralfeder
Explanation:
CL certainly not guesswork and certainly not certain.

Feather Touch appears to be a brand name:
http://www.lockpicksdepot.com/feather-touch-tension-tool-a-2...

This site shows various kinds of "Spanner", but without the "Spiralfeder" half way down the shaft that characterises the Feather Touch.

BTW:
Spanner here comes from Spannen (to tension) and has nothing to do with Schraubenschlüssel (which is a misnomer in itself)

Notes to answerer
Asker: The problem is that I can't find a single German Website that shows a lock picking spanner with a coil.

Asker: I meant "wrench" of course, not "spanner".
