This is my sentence (from a image editing software):
"Photos either have enough exposure of shaded areas but with blown highlights in the sky, or have clear blue sky but with dark shades."

Does anyone know the German expression for ´blown highlights´? Thanks a lot.

agree  justaname (X): Eigentlich "ausblutende Bereiche". Aber da das mehr als blöde klingt, erste Variante, natürlich ohne das "r".
