Habe aber auch den englischen Begriff "billing block" gefunden (http://books.google.de/books?id=hKguqdfT3eMC&pg=PA788&lpg=PA... für den im Deutschen der Begriff "kreativer Block" verwendet wird - allerdings nicht wirklich oft.

In diesem deutschen Fachbuch taucht der Begriff "Billing Block" im Inhaltsverzeichnis auf: http://www.deutschesfachbuch.de/info/detail.php?isbn=3791022...

Ja, es ist bloß leider nicht kongruent mit "billing title", wofür mir keine Entsprechung eingefallen ist...
