Gemeint ist damit wohl, dass das kein herkömmlicher Frontenkrieg ist. Gibt es dafür einen gebräuchlichen Begriff?

agree  Katja Schoone: In der zusammengesetzten Form mit "niedriger Intensität" ist es auf jeden Fall Kriegsführung, da schon der 2. Treffer mit "s" ist. Ansonsten gebe ich Hans Recht, aber eben nicht in dieser Konstellation ;-)
