wenn ich es richtig verstehe handelt es sich hier um eine feststehende Teilprothese. Die Zaehne neben einer Zahnluecke (abutments) werden fuer eine Kronenaufsetzung vorbereitet. Zwischen den Kronen (abutment analog) wird ein Ersatzzahn oder Zahnnachbildung (analog) befestigt. Krone-Ersatzzahn-Krone ist ein Teil. Das Ganze wird dann auf die Stuetzzaehnen (abutments) aufgesetzt und befestigt.
