Zur Vermeidung einer Kontamination der ersten gezogenen Blutprobe mit Gewebsthromboplastin empfiehlt es sich, ca. 2 ml Blut aus dem Blutentnahmesystem aufzusaugen und ggf. zu verwerfen oder zuerst ein Serumröhrchen abzunehmen, um dann mit der eigentlichen Blutentnahme für gerinnungsphysiologische Analysen zu beginnen.
