Standardabweichung Explanation: Bin kein Spezialist in Prozesskontrolle, aber der statistische Begriff ist auf jeden Fall die Standardabweichung, die mit Sigma bezeichnet wird. Damit ist ein 1-sigma error ein Fehler, dessen Amplitude eine Standardabweichung beträgt.
