Beschreibung eines Reinigungsgangs einer Melkanlage mir einer bestimmten Chemikalie

Daily routine instructions - AFTER MILKING:

1. Wash jetters and outside of clusters before connecting them.

7. Leave clusters on jetters except during frosty weather.

Leider bin ich kein Landwirtschaftsspezialist und brauche daher Hilfe bei der genauen Benennung der Teile der Maschine. Leider hatte ich auch keine Bilder. "Jetter" in einer separaten KudoZ-Frage. Ich hatte schon beim Googeln den "Verdacht", es könnte mit Sammelstück zu übersetzen sein, aber das ist mt nicht sicher genug!

agree  Yorkshireman: Here are some clusters: http://www.milkingmachines.co.uk/uk2shop-15.htm AFAIK jetters are used for cleaning the milking cups with jets of water.

agree  Björn Vrooman: Translation correct, even though I have no idea why you refer to "jetters" here - the jetter is for cleaning, the cluster is for milking. Two different components.

  -> Thanks Björn, and the 'jetters' came from me thinking they were the Melkbecher (see other question). But now I know better. ;o)
