this is essentially very easy, yet difficult.
The text is used as prompts for telephone interviews conducted at certain intervals to examine patient´s side effects following treatment with certain drugs. This particular prompt is the start of a follow-up call:
Welcome back. During this call you will be asked about symptoms you may have experienced in the past 24 hours.
The first sentence of the first call was "Hello and welcome", i.e. guten Tag und herzlich willkommen.

agree  Rebekka Groß (X): Ich finde, das "Schön, dass Sie wieder mitmachen!" gut, überlege aber gerade, ob man das "back" wirklich im Deutschen übersetzen muss. Würde "Guten Tag" o. ä. nicht ausreichen?
