Der ganze Satz lautet: "The Distributor shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary import licences or permits necessary for the entry of the Products into the Territory or their delivery to the Distributor and the Distributor shall be responsible for any and all customs duties, clearance charges. taxes. brokers' fees and other amounts payable in connection with the importation and delivery of the Products."

Es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten, clearance zu übersetzen. Die wahrscheinlichste Variante schien mir Lagerräumung zu sein, doch finde ich das richtige Wort nicht. Vielleicht Lagerspesen?

Clearance (customs clearance) ist normalerweise die Zollabfertigung (bestätigt durch Dietl/Lorenz). Da du vorher schon die "customs duties" (Einfuhrzölle) hattest, würde ich hier entweder neutral "Abfertigungsgebühren" schreiben oder bei "Zollabfertigungsgebühren" bleiben.
