This is the context of the term:

"Upon receipt of the signed Renunciation and Consent, a formal Notice of Proposed Application in Relation to Estate will be mailed to Ms. XXX in accordance with our legislation."

This sentence stems from a letter from the organisation who handles the estate to the lawyer of the heir. I don't quite understand the meaning of "formal Notice of Proposed Application in Relation to Estate" and how I should phrase this in German.

“Notice of Proposed Application in Relation to Estate” ist ein Formular. Mit diesem Formular werden die Hinterbliebenen über die Absicht einer bestimmten Person informiert, als Nachlassverwalter handeln zu wollen.
Nach Erhalt der von Ihrem Mandanten unterschriebenen Verzichts- und Einverständniserklärung werden wir, unseren gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsprechend, Frau XXX durch eine förmliche Benachrichtigung über den geplanten Antrag auf Erteilung eines Nachlassverwalterzeugnisses in Kenntnis setzen.

To apply for a grant of probate or letters of administration with will annexed, the person applying must give notice of the proposed application to the beneficiaries, the will-maker’s spouse and children, and certain other family members. Someone applying for administration must give notice to those entitled to a share in the estate and to creditors who are owed $10,000 or more. agree  Daniel Arnold (X): I agree in principle, but the term should in my opinion be "Nachlasszeugnis" because the administrator/"verwalter" part is not really included in the source term or the context. See: "http://www.nachlasszeugnis.de/nachlasszeugnis.html
