Mir fehlt ein Wort für "voided", das sich NICHT mit dem "nicht durchführbar oder ungültig" überschneidet, damit kein logischer Widerspruch zwischen dem "If"-Satz und dem vorgeschriebenen Vorgehen entsteht (also nicht "soll nicht für ungültig erklärt werden")

If any portion of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the unenforceable or invalid portion shall be constructed rather than voided to the greatest extent possible to reflect the original intent of the Parties, and the remainder of the provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Sollte ein Teil dieses Vertrags sich als nicht durchführbar oder ungültig herausstellen, soll dieser nicht durchführbare oder ungültige Teil nicht XXXX voided XXXX sondern so abgeändert werden, dass usw.

Ich drehe mich im Kreis, bitte rettet mich aus dem Montags-Blues ... dieser letzte Satz in meinem Projekt will nicht werden....
