Hallo,

ich übersetzte gerade einen Vertrag und habe Schwierigkeiten mit einem Satzteil. Ich habe schon etliche Fehler im Original gefunden, deshalb ist es immer schwer zu sagen, ob hier ein Fehler vorliegt, oder ich es einfach nicht kapiere:).

Hier kommt der Satz mit Kontext:

15.2. The Supplier shall be entitled, but not obliged, upon expiry or termination of the contract, to re-purchase those Products which have not been sold by the Distributor at a price which shall be the lower between the price charged for these products by the Supplier at the moment of sale or the actual sales price for these products.

Ich habe Schwierigkeiten mit dem "the lower between"
Fúr "the lower" hab ich Herstellungs- und Niedrigstrpeis gefunden aber dann ergibt das mit dem zwischen keinen Sinn.

Das ist mal meine vorläufige Rohfassung, leider noch nicht offiziell vorzeigbar:(

15.2. Der Lieferant hat das Recht, jedoch nicht die Pflicht, nach Ablauf des Vertrags die vom Vertrieb nicht verkauften Produkte zurückzuerwerben; der Rückerwerb erfolgt zu einem Preis, der entweder dem Herstellungspreis/Niedrigstwert zwischen dem zum Verkaufszeitpunkt vom Lieferanten für diese Produkte verlangten Preis oder dem momentanten Verkaufspreis der Produkte entspricht.
