Ich habe es bisher so übersetzt:
Das Schiedgericht soll drei Schiedsrichter umfassen – jeder mit ausreichender Qualifikation zur Ausübung des Amts eines deutschen Richters. Ein Schiedsrichter wird vom Veräußerer, ein weiterer vom Erwerber und der dritte wird - unter Berücksichtigung der abgegebenen Stimmen – vom Veräußerer und vom Erwerber gemeinsam ernannt.
