wie es scheint, geht es um technischen Kundendienst (in einem Call Center?)

Jedenfalls sind 1st, 2nd + 3rd level die verschiedenen Eskalationsstufen bei Support-Anforderungen.

1st level - niedrigste Stufe, z. B. Agent im Call Center; wenn hier ein Problem nicht gelöst werden kann, wird es an
2nd level eskaliert, z. B. Gruppenleiter im Call Center mit einem bestimmten Fachwissen; und wenn da keine Lösung erfolgt, geht es weiter zum 3rd level, Expertenniveau;

1st/2nd/3rd level support = 1st-Level-Support etc. oder Support/Unterstützung der ersten Ebene oder Erste Support-/Unterstützungs-Ebene
Diese Lösungen sind alle gängig, kommt auf die Präferenz an, ob man sehr Engl. oder sehr Deu bleiben will.

Ich denke, es geht hier um die Leitung der technischen Problemlösung auf der dritten Support-Ebene sowie das Erteilen von Anweisungen oder ähnl. an die niedrigere 2. Ebene
