Anzeige der Befehlssyntax Explanation: In a text-oriented environment, usually typing a command followed by ? will display the usage prompt, i.e. what syntax to use for parameters. In this case you could say Anzeige der Befehlssyntax (IMO Anzeige fits better than Aufforderung). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2006-08-21 16:02:35 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Post grading: Hello Rainer, sure 'usage' by itself can be translated as Auslastung, however, in combination with prompt - which in general is NOT Anzeige (and which is certainly not indicator or display in common English ICT use), but rather Aufforderung - the relevant hits seem to indicate it is command line or syntax related and not related to network usage as you seem to interpret it.
