2-tier system (kontext) 2-Stufensystem Explanation: Bedeutet wohl, dass die Einwanderer aus den neuen EU-Staaten noch nicht die Rechte haben, die die alten EU-Länder haben. Das einfach Einwandern von einem neuen Beitrittsland nach Großbritannien zieht wohl noch mehr Formalitäten mit sich als es von Deutschland nach Großbritannien der Fall ist. |
