In meinem aktuellen Text geht es um Verfahren zum Nachweis molekularer Anomalien bei Sarkomen. Bei der Aufzählung der Vor- und Nachteile der Fluoreszenz-in-situ-Hybridisierung (FISH) taucht der Begriff "touch preparation" auf:

The FISH technique has several advantages: it can be used on fresh or fixed tissue, it can be performed fast (overnight procedure) and can be used on core needle biopsies or on **touch preparations** with a few cells. The main limitation is unsuccessful hybridization or detection in 10-20% on fixed tissues.

Man spricht im gegenteiligen Zs.-hang von "Non-Touch-Techniken". – Man könnte also "nicht berührungsfreie Präparation" schreiben, aber das klingt etwas umständlich.

In englischen und deutschen Quellen ist neben "touch preparation" auch teilweise "Imprint" angegeben; im Deutschen auch "Abklatschpräparate". Ob diese Begriffe wirklich in allen Fällen austauschbar sind, weiß ich aber nicht. "Tupfpräparate" dürfte es aber treffen.
