bordelaise tart Bordelaiser Tarte / Bordeauxtarte Explanation: siehe Bordelaise sauce (eng) = Sauce Bordelaise (fr) = Bordelaiser Sauce (deu) oder Bordeauxsauce (deu) http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sauce_bordelaise -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2007-10-14 06:01:52 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Ich wuerde nicht Tarte auf Bordelaiser Art benutzen... it's not a main entry or something that's cooked Bordeaux style... it's actually a specific dish/tart. for example, you wouldn't translate Berliner as "Berlin-sytle donuts", if you know what I mean ;) This is a specific cake which should be translated as such. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2007-10-14 06:04:34 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Es geht hier nicht um Enten, die weltweit anders gekocht werden ;) Also, nein. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2007-10-14 06:08:43 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- auf die Uebersetzung von Bordelaise Sauce.... Du wirst wahrscheinlich keine google treffer finden da es auch fuer den englischen Originalbegriff keine google-treffer ausser Deiner Proz-Frage gibt: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q="Bordelaise tart" -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2007-10-14 06:17:18 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- siehe auch die deutsche uebersetzung von "Bordelaise Sauce" im internet... es wird im deutschen als "Bordelaiser Sauce" oder "Bordeauxsauce" uebersetzt. I would take the former, ie. translate it as "Bordelaiser Tarte." |
