Das kommt vor allem bei Billig-PCs und Laptops zum Einsatz, wo eine separate, echte Grafikkarte zu teuer wäre bzw. kein Platz dafür da ist. Diese Grafikchips sind also in den Chipsatz des Motherboards integriert, deshalb auch chipset graphics und nicht graphics chipset. Dabei kommen natürlich die Technologien der großen Grafik-Chip-Hersteller wie ATi zum Einsatz, die für die Verwendung auf den Motherboards lizenziert werden. Hoffe, ich konnte helfen!
