Mir ist hier nicht ganz klar, worauf sich as herein provided bezieht. Ich würde ja meinen auf die clerks und deputies, die hier aufgeführt werden, das werden sie aber leider nicht ,-(

Mein Übersetzungsvorschlag:
Eine vorschriftsmäßig durch einen Stadt- oder Gemeindevertreter oder einen ihrer rechtmäßigen Vertreter beglaubigte Kopie der Eintragung in das Eheregister, wie somit/hiermit geliefert, gilt als glaubhafter Nachweis der darin/dort enthaltenen Angaben.
