Technisch ist der offene 2+2-Sitzer, der seine Weltpremiere diesen Monat auf der IAA in Frankfurt feiert, natürlich nichts anderes als ein Wraith oben ohne. Doch die Briten wollen von dem schnöden Begriff der „Karosserievariante“ nichts wissen. Wenn sie den Kunden einen Frischluft-Zuschlag von rund 20 Prozent abknöpfen, dann sprechen sie lieber von einem komplett neuen Auto. Deshalb sprechen sie weniger über die bekannte Plattform mit dem gegenüber dem Ghost um knapp 20 Zentimeter gekürzten Radstand oder über den alt hergebrachten V12-Motor, der aus seinen sündigen 6,6 Litern Hubraum stolze 570 PS und noch eindrucksvollere 780 Nm schöpft und deshalb auch über die geschätzten 2,6 Tonnen Leergewicht nur müde lächeln dürfte. - see http://motorblock.at/rolls-royce-dawn-millionending-im-morge...
