responsibility of the supplier to design an internal blow-by unit insert, which includes all or some
blow-by components (oil separator, the pressure regulating valve, the non return valves and the
oil return and additional blow-by ducts if required) or to install the blow-by components separate
into the camshaft cover by use of a baffle.

Blow-By ist das Überströmen der Verbrennungsgase vom Brennraum in das Kurbelgehäuse. Diese Gas müssen wieder irgendwie raus aus dem Motor, daher die Kurbelgehäuseentlüftung, die z.B. am Zylinderkopfdeckel angeschlossen ist.
Wird auf Englisch auch PCV-System genannt (positive crankcase ventilation).

Eventuell gibt es auch einen passenden Begriff mit dem deutschen "Leckgas" - habe ich aber nicht gefunden.
