agree  Cetacea: ganz einfach "landwirtschaftliche Verarbeitungsbetriebe". Als Beispiel wäre da etwa eine Käserei zu nennen, dann macht auch das "potentials of supply" Sinn, nämlich als Potential an Milchlieferanten.
