English term or phrase: infusion therapy
For our conversation today, we will be discussing the current capacity to accommodate patients using infusion therapy, and how this might be impacted by the introduction of a novel infused biological therapy for Alzheimer’s disease.

also, is there a different term for infusion therapy vs. infused biological therapy

infuusiohoito tai nestehoito
Explanation:
Infusion therapy can employ several routes for administering liquids with a needle or catheter, cf. parenteral, intravenous, intramuscular and intrathecal injection.

My suggestion (only!) as to infused biological therapy would be something along the lines of infuusioimmuunihoito or nesteimmunoterapia, (which I coined myself so be careful...!) as opposed to, say for example, radiation therapy that targets the malignant cells directly and not the body's own (immunological) systems. What I mean by that is that infusion therapy and infused biological therapy are two quite different things.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hei Arja, kiitos nopeasta vastauksesta. En huomannut tarkentaa kysymykseen, että tarvitsen termin, joka sopii paitsi suonensisäiseen, myös muulla tavalla annettavaan hoitoon (Subcutaneous, Intramuscular, etc.)
