agree  Timo Lehtilä: 'linkin/linkkivaihto' ja 'banneri(n)vaihto' tarkoittavat käytännössä samaa, mutta jälkimmäinen tosiaankin on yleisempi. Minä kannattaisin sellaista kuin 'keskinäislinkitys' (reciprocal linking). Mutta yksin jään, ei yhtään guuglaus-hittiä.

neutral  MiaK: Bannerinvaihto viittaa mainosten vaihtamiseen, ks. esim. www.bannerinvaihto.fi. Ihan hyvää termi siis, mutta ei tarkoita aivan samaa kuin linkinvaihto. (Linkinvaihtoa tapahtuu mm. blogeissa, ilman bannereita.)
