I might add 'af stævning' (or whatever) in smaller type underneath, but this is for the information of the respondent. I assume the recipients at court know what it is about and the rest of the document explains the details.

Asker: Hi Yes I do know that - but do you think (which I have done for years) - that it is an appropriate "heading"? I don't know myself what else to use - but all of a sudden doubt crept up on me.
