helstegt lammeryg eller lammekrone
Explanation:
According to John Ayto's Diner's Dictionary (Oxford, 1993, now called something else):
Rack of lamb is the 'best end of neck' roasted whole with the rib ends exposed for decorative effect.
Two racks, one from each side of the carcass, can be sewn together in a circle to form a 'crown roast' or facing each other as a 'guard of honour roast'

The best end of neck is actually the section of ribs immediately behind the 'bov' (shoulder) - further back, there is practically no meat on the chops!

Depending on context, I might be tempted to call this 'lammekrone', because the whole point of a 'rack' is that it is probably served with the rib ends pointing upwards, even if it is not formed into a circle as a full crown roast. Most people would know what this is, and I think many cooks might feel that if you are going to roast lamb like that, you might as well go all the way.

Strictly, however, it is lammeryg.

lammeryg

Explanation:
Det svarer til en almindelig lammeryg, der selvfølgelig også har ribben i. Men i butikkerne sælges det ikke under betegnelsen lammeribben
