"Non-exclusive" I have translated into "ikke-eksklusive".

"Non-transferable" I have translated into "personlige" (rettigheder". Is there another more correct word for it in Danish?

agree  Mette Melchior: Enig - mit indtryk er dog at udtrykket "uoverdragelig" bruges mere end "ikke-overdragelig"

  -> Jeg har set "ikke-" brugt, hvor "u-" kan overhøres (f.eks. i talt sprog), og hvor der ønskes at der skal lægges vægt på "negationen".
