To se ili ostavlja tako ili se prevodi sa "znati kako". Ja bih ostavila know-how jer je to već udomaćen pojam u marketingu.

Godinama sam se susretao sa ovim izrazom i uvijek sam ga ostavljao u originalnom obliku, jer jednostavno obuhvata veoma sirok pojam. Ponekad u usmenim, neformalnim prevodima koristio sam i izraz "pamet".
