Pursuant to §66, section 1 of the Alien's Registration Authorities Act of 2005, Federal Law Gazette I No. 100/2005 as amended in conjunction with §55, section 3 of the Permanent and Temporary Alien's Residence Act, Federal Law Gazette I No. 100/2005 as amended you will be expelled from the federal territory of Austria.

Pursuant to §70, section 3 of the Alien's Registration Authorities Act, Federal Law Gazette I No. 100/2005 as amended you are granted no suspension of enforcement.

Pursuant to §18 section 1, item (1,2,3,4,5) of the BFA Proceedings Act, Federal Law Gazette No. 87/2012 as amended, suspensory effect of an appeal against this decision regarding your application for international protection is deemed void.

I think using singular makes more sense - it's one procedure with many possible stages/elements, same case as with "Zakon o općem upravnom postupku" (not: "upravnim postupcima")
