The main conclusion was that the focus should not be on cost reductions, but rather on “quality improvement”. By this, we interpret them to mean improvements in cost-effectiveness.

agree  Anira: Moje vidjenje je da su rentabilnost i isplativost sinonimi u nasem jeziku (provjeriti kod Klaica), a "profitability" se moze prevesti i kao rentabilnost, ali i kao isplativost ili unosnost.

disagree  Ivana Bjelac: I poštovani prof. (koji je i meni predavao, iako je to bilo u vrijeme dok je Bog po svijetu hodao) bi se složio kako jezik treba čuvati od 'kontaminacije' ;-))

  -> Treba vidjeti šta današnji ekonomisti češće koriste, u moje vrijeme (studirala sam 1970-ih) bili su uobičajeni navedeni termini. Vidim da ih hrvatski ekonomisti još rabe, ali možda je isplativost bolji termin, neka naš "pitalac" odluči.
