Znam šta znači ovaj termin, ali ne znam adekvatan izraz na domaćem jeziku (hrvatski/bosanski/srpski), pa vas molim za pomoć. Da pojasnim značenje: dakle radi se o predmjeru i predračunu radova kojeg investitor da da se uradi kako bi mogao prilikom evaluacije ponuda provjeriti da li su ponuđene cijene u razumnim okvirima.
