Explanation:
我觉得，enrichment 译为“改良”似乎太泛化了。这个英文词的意思很清楚，就是使之更丰富，具有更多的内容。译为“补充”似乎又太局限了。因为，只要往数据库里加一条数据，就可以算是“补充”，但“enrichment”则是比较全面的增补。

“数据增丰”是我自创的，不见于任何辞书，更不符合什么微软标准，仅供参考。

顺便说一句，如果微软这样的商业巨头，不仅为技术建立标准，而且还要为语言设立标准的话，我宁愿离经叛道。:))
