Explanation:
The original translations for the first phrase mean “Customer Multimedia Center (Hub)”. They could not be strictly said as WRONG, but I do not prefer them.

See the reference link.

Guest Media Hub is a device developed by Avaya for the hospitality industry. It is to be used by guests in hotels:

***

Designed for hospitality providers, Guest Media Hub is a multimedia communications system for guest rooms. Guest Media Hub provides a SIP-enabled phone and easy, touch-screen access to a multitude of hotel guest services. It has a large, colorful screen and an intuitive user interface.

Guest Media Hub allows a hospitality provider to improve staff productivity, reduce costs and drive incremental revenue by giving guests fast access to information and in-room self-serve options. It is integrated with the hotel’s property management system to deliver custom applications, allowing guests to make phone calls, set alarms, get stock quotes, check the weather, make restaurant reservations, order room service, explore area attractions and more.

Use Guest Media Hub to meet the unique needs of each guest. For example, historical data could be used to suggest a particular tee time or to offer a special spa treatment. Guest Media Hub can help providers offer guests a special and memorable experience—an important element for fostering returning clients.

***

So, Guest Media Hub is a personal communication center, though a multimedia one for guests in hotels.

We usually use the Chinese 客人, rather than 客户 for "guests" in hotels. This device is a kind of personal call/contact center, so it is a media center (媒体中心), rather than a multimedia center (多媒体中心) in nature.

So my suggested translations are 客人媒体中心 in Simplified Chinese and 客人媒體中心 in Traditional Chinese.

I think the translations for the second phrase (outside call) are acceptable.

simplified and traditional chinese correct or not?
客人媒体(电视)厅 (AVAYA)外线电话; 客人媒體(電视)廳(AVAYA)外線電話

Explanation:
I agree that 客人seems more widely and comfortably used than 主顾 or 顾客. The latter two emphasize business/transactional relationship that most Chinese hotel guests are not keenly aware of.

I put 电视 in brackets, indicating that it might be an alternative if the center (中心,a term gradually acquiring popularity, but hall 厅/廳seems more tangible and descriptive) is dominated by TV sets.

外线电话 seems to me to specify phone lines from outside, esp. outside the hotel. 呼叫, on the other hand, could signify somebody loudly calling you from outside the room/window.
