Explanation:
似乎是英国用法,相当于credit or debit(国际保理商联合会的正式用语)。所谓credit就是减掉调整额,而charge则是加上调整额,在发票上一般表现贷项或借项调整,但也有的时候不一定与后续的发票混在一起,而单独出具所谓“贷词报单”或“借记报单”。
