实用测试/实地测试 Explanation: 因为fire door是金属卷帘门,有比较复杂的弹簧系统等,安装以后的运用成功率相当低。所以需要定期的‘实战’测试--触发防火门的开关系统以测试其能否完全关闭。这段原文讲得很清楚: Do you plan on witnessing a fire door drop test? If not, you should consider it, rolling steel fire doors have a high failure rate, i.e. they do not close! I would have them trip the door by melting the link via a heat gun, and then via the smoke detector. FM did a field testing of 1600 doors in the 1990?s and found a 20% failure rate on rolling steel doors. I have witnessed many fire door trip tests and some had failure rates as high as 100%! I once had 10 doors , all new, every door failed 1st time for various problems i.e. spring wound too tight, spring not tight enough, cable hung up as it went thought the wall, door frame not installed properly, etc, etc. FM requires semiannual drop tests on fire doors; in NJ we require annual drop testing.
