I would use "إبريق" or"كنكة" depending on the target audience. If the target audience is not specified, it would be "safe" to use "إبريق" because it is a general Arabic word. But if we know the target audience, (as we should), then it is best to use the specific word that fits this audience.

As you article shows, there are three names of the same thing in three different Arabic countries and certainly more if you go through all of Arab countries.
Zezwa — The Tunisian name derived from Cezve.
Kanaka — The Egyptian Arabic term.
Ghallāye — The Palestinian term.
The right thing to do here is to go to the source of the term which is the name 'ibrik' literally إبريق

إذا ما بحثتم عن كلمة إبريق في صور جوجل ستجدونها تختلف عن كلمة
briki
حيث يظهور جوجل خلال الصور إن المقصود "كنكة"، وهي كلمة عربية كما ظهرت في قاموس المعاني
أما كلمة إبريق، حتى مع ذكر حضرتكم لمصدر المعلومة خلال الرابط الثاني، فإنها لم تظهر صورة الإبريق، بل صورة الكنكة. وأشكركم
