Sarsam certainly has a point: Lines have a \"thickness\" or \"boldness\" rather than width (although the original uses \"width\" and it doesn\'t sound aweful in English). Going along with sarsam\'s suggestion, we can try:

  -> Al-Munjid lists the transitive verb سمَّك and the adjective سميك, but no noun. Al-Mawrid lists the noun سماكة. I grew up with غليظ and only knew سميك as I got exposed to other dialects. It is probably standard now, but I wonder about the noun form.

First of all I'd like to congratulate Fuad for his trans.

For me, it's a masterpiece. It seems simple but it's full of traps & tricks!

الـسَـمْـك: هو السّقف. قال تعالى: أأنتم أشدّ خلقا أم السّماء بناها؟ رفع سمْكها فسوّاها"
القامة من كلّ شيئ
ويُطلق السّـمْك في الهندسة على اللإرتفاع (ج. سُموك)

والسّميك هم الغليظ الخشن.

As you can see, and this is probably rare in other languages, the verb, the noun and the adjective may have complete different meanings.

in calligraphy, they talk about line thickness and boldness with
عرض الخطّ
أو غلظه

so, I would vote for

خطوط متفاوتة العرض ذات تشكيلات فريدة

as Fuad suggested in the beginning
