We go into a lot more details leadership alignment in our Executive Education Course.

From the context I have, I noticed that "alignment" means "تأييد" when it is used in a sentence not like this one. They want to say that if you want to change an IT infrastructure for example in government agency you have to start from the top "leadership", so they want to be sure that they got the leadership alignment. The word "تأييد" doesn't seem right to me when it is used as a term like this one. Is there any other convenient word here?
